Cooking
Mash the bananas with a fork
Add butter and sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add the cinnamon. You can optionally add a mixture of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cardamom), but I did not dare. I like the combination of banana and cinnamon.
Add the sifted flour and soda. Flour may take more depending on the size and ripeness of bananas. Knead the dough the consistency of thick cream. Optionally add nuts or dried fruit.
The finished dough pour in a greased (diameter 20-22 cm) and sprinkled with semolina or flour form. I sprinkled the top with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 40 minutes.
In the process of baking a cake is hardly ever raised. The cooled cake is slightly moist, succulent.
