Decided to have evening tea in pink... when baked Portuguese pastries, preserved proteins (kept them in the freezer, so they remain for several months, I advise them to Fudge.) Gentle air cupcake with autumn raspberries and refreshing mint with energizing with a Cup of green tea - what could be more romantic;-)))

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients. For the dough: wheat flour; sugar; salt; vanilla; baking powder; refined vegetable oil; water; chicken eggs. For sweet proteins: eggs; sugar; vanilla. To decorate: raspberries; mint.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
1. The dough: First, beat the whites with a mixer on low speed, adding a teaspoon of half the norm of sugar with vanilla.
