Chocolate cupcakes with halva
Today I have evening tea in blue tones. Outside, the rain, and in this weather I want a Cup of something warming. The choice fell on the coffee and chocolate cupcakes with halva. Chocolate and halva - in my house not blowing the drafts, and the warm winds of the East... Very soft

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower halva

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 tsp

1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough: eggs, sugar, melt margarine, sour cream, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, grated on a coarse grater halva.

6. In silicone molds, insert paper rosettes (like bake cupcakes right in the outlets, so just put the bottom and sides with sunflower oil).

7. Pour the batter like sour cream, fill 2/3 ) and bake in the oven at t=180 gr. 15 minutes, checking the readiness of a torch. The cupcakes are a bit to settle because of its lightness (not to be afraid!!), staying tall and beautiful.

8. To prepare the frosting. You can take a purchase (e.g., vanilla), add 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a little hot water.

9. Mix everything and pour 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.

10. Frost hot cupcakes. Decorate (sprinkle as an option, pearl blue pastry balls). BON APPETIT!!
