Vanilla-lemon cupcakes with lemon icing
All kinds of cupcakes - a dish of British cuisine. Soon will come the autumn and gentle in September, cold and grey in November. So nice in the evening to drink a Cup of coffee with fragrant yellow, like autumn leaves, cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Glaze

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, sour cream, salt, vanilla, baking powder, refined vegetable oil.

Eggs, sugar and vanilla grind, add the vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer until whitening.

In the sifted flour add salt and baking powder.

Gently mix the egg and dry mixture, then add sour cream. Add the lemon zest and pour lemon juice.

Fill silicone molds to 2/3, slightly brushing them with vegetable oil.

Bake at t 180 degrees, checking the readiness of the torch.

To prepare frosting as directed on the package, but the amount of hot water to cut, pouring a little lemon juice.
