Pie with spinach and cheese
Insanely delicious pie with spinach and cheese. Very thin crispy crust, tasty and juicy filling! Try it: it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Salt

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Black pepper

  • Raisins

    50 g

Cooking

Weigh oat bran cereal, add the flour, mix well.

Butter cut into pieces.

Pour the butter boiling water, let the butter thaw.

Add to the oil mixture, salt, vegetable oil, flour with the bran and knead the dough.

Roll the dough into a thin layer and put into a form, lubricated with oil. Prick with a fork and refrigerate ( while preparing the filling).

Raisins pour boiling water.

Spinach to wash out. Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan, put the washed spinach and let the spinach wilt a little. The spinach drain in a colander to drain liquid. Allow to cool.
