Rice Apple pie
Traditional Apple Charlotte, but with the addition of rice cereal. The perfect complement to a Cup of tea. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    0.75 cup

  • Milk

    160 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

Flakes pour the warm milk, let stand.

Rice flakes to cool.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with half the norm of sugar until a lush light weight. Add the rice flakes. You can add orange zest (but it's not for everybody).

Beat the whites with the remaining sugar to stable peaks and add to the batter, stirring gently.

Apples peel, cut into small pieces and add to the dough.

The form to lay baking paper, grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the dough.

Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

You can sprinkle sugar powder.

Can be served with whipped cream, but you can with the ball any cold ice cream. Help yourself!
