Beans in tomato sauce with vegetables
Tasty and simple dish.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beans rinse until clean water (I soaked the beans), cover with water. Cook over low heat until tender ~ 2 hours.

To make the onion of onions and carrots.

To the onion add the tomato paste and lightly fry.

If the bean is boiled off the water, then add 1/2 Cup water to the beans add the browned vegetables, to salt and sweeten, add spices, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

1 table. spoon of flour diluted in a little water, add to the beans. Simmer for 1-2 minutes and turn off.
