Simple and delicious carrot cupcakes
All kind time of day! Today I decided to share with you one of my favorite recipes"Carrot cupcakes". To say that the taste of these cupcakes is excellent-nothing to say. Right now it is raining and the weather is poor, you want to indulge in a simple but original Goodies.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Topping pastry

    20 g

Here are all the ingredients.

Set the oven to preheat to 180°C. Grate the carrots and orange zest, pour them in a mixing bowl and stir.

There also add eggs, sugar, olive and butter (pre-melt) and I added 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla, previously dissolved in 1 tbsp. spoon of water.

Add in sifted flour baking powder and pour into our mixture.

Stir it carefully.

Then the lubricated molds for baking olive (or sunflower) oil in them and pour the resulting dough. Put all in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes.

Get our cupcakes from the oven and let them cool slightly (5-10 minutes). They pour condensed milk, decorate with candy sprinkles and enjoy the taste. Bon appetit!
