The recipe for this bread was born by chance, thanks to regular savings products. I love chickpeas and would often cook it. But what to do with the remaining broth I didn't know and decided to experiment by adding it as "water" when baking bread. It was very tasty. The bread a lovely soft crumb and a delicious crunchy crust. And now this bread became a frequent guest on our table.

Cooking
Boil the chickpeas, broth drain and cool. Measure 310 ml of broth. If broth is not enough, you can add boiled water to the desired amount.
Grind cumin in a mortar. Honey melt in a water bath. Sift the flour.
And then it's simple. Lay all ingredients in CP according to the instructions and set the desired mode. I have a basic plain bread, size L. the baking Time of 4 hours and 5 minutes. 5 minutes before baking grease the top of bread with plain water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
