Meatballs with quince and cucumber
Who doesn't like juicy, flavorful burgers?! And the flavours here are many and various - lamb and cumin, chicken and pickled cucumber, black pepper and quince, Yes, Yes, quince cutlets. Than not Central Asia? Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    600 g

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Quince

    1 piece

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the ingredients. Meat wash, dry. Onions and garlic peel.

To prepare cucumbers. I use pickles "Crunchy"from TM "6 acres."

Skip all through a fine grate grinder.

Add salt, black pepper and cumin. Zira pre-grind in the palms, this will enhance its flavor. Mix "beat" the stuffing, and put it in cold for 1 to 6 hours.
