Almond cupcakes
I went over my bins and found an interesting recipe for cupcakes. The cupcakes turn out very tender, air, with nut notes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    70 g

  • White chocolate

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

White chocolate melt in a water bath.

Almonds crushed.

Proteins separated from the yolks. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, butter (melted), liqueur and melted chocolate.

Mix 2/3 ground almonds, flour, baking powder.

Gradually introduce the flour mixture into the egg-butter

Proteins vzbit in the stable foam and gently add to the batter

Here's a mix we get.

Molds grease with vegetable oil and lay out our dough. I got 6 cupcakes.

Sprinkle top with remaining almonds. Put the molds in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. The oven the first 20 minutes do not open.

Ready to decorate the cupcakes with melted dark chocolate.
