Sweet pumpkin tarts with quinoa
When cooked, the thought may seem too just. But I decided, why not. The main thing that it turned out very nicely, and most importantly delicious. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Puree vegetables

    0.5 cup

  • Marshmallows

    150 g

  • Quinoa

    1.5 cup

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

Cooking

For puree to bake the pumpkin slices in the oven until cooked.

When pumpkin is soft, mash using a blender.

For the test to connect the oil at room temperature, flour and 2 egg yolks.

Add the pumpkin puree, the remaining flour and knead the dough.

I wanted something to decorate the top, I had a cream made of condensed milk and butter, so I used it. You can take any what you like. Baskets turned out unusually delicious. You can only learn trying. Good luck!
