Cooking
Boil the rice according to the instructions until tender
To open the can, drain the oil. Mash the fish with a fork
Tomatoes cut into circles or slices. Form of grease with vegetable oil. Spread layers of rice (rice mixed with egg yolk)
Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat the whites on low speed and mix with milk.
A mixture of salt and pour over casserole
Cook in the oven at 170-180C for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
