Cooking
For the dough: Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar. Then add the yogurt and sour cream while continuing to whisk at low speed. Add softened butter, a little flour, mix everything. Gasim soda, pour small amounts of residues of flour mix everything.
Curd: Curd grind through a sieve, add egg yolks, vanilla sugar, cream (33%), a pinch of salt, lemon zest and starch - mix with a whisk. Get a pasty mixture. Filling citrus: Remove the zest from the orange. The orange to disassemble and remove the film.
Proceed to the formation of cupcakes. 1. With cottage cheese filling: In the form of lay 1/3 of the dough
In the center make a small indentation, put the cherry ( pre sprinkle cherries with flour).
Close curd ( almost complete form, because the curd does not rise).
2. With citrus filling: In the bottom of the molds spoon the dough. In the center of a piece of peeled orange.
Closes the test, given the fact that rise, somewhere 2/3 of the molds.
Sprinkle with orange zest.
3. With condensed milk: On the bottom of the molds spoon the dough, then in the center a teaspoon of condensed milk.
On top of the dough ( the form is not fully accounted for the rise of the test).
All the cupcakes bake 15-20 min at 180°. Everyone knows your oven better, I have so. It's an orange.
Is the condensed milk. Bon appetit!
