Lemon banana muffins
Very good rising muffins with fragrant smell and delicious taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites for about 5 minutes until a thick white foam.

Gradually add sugar, still whisking

Put the sour cream and soda. Beat

Pour melted margarine (I melted in the microwave) and whip)

Gradually add the flour and the egg yolks, still whisking.

Add the zest and sliced bananas. Beat until banana is not shattered to small pieces

The dough to distribute the forms (sorry, not all cookie cutters I have purchased and beautiful. Something had to be done the most). Put in a preheated 200 degree oven on the top tier. Bake for 40 minutes.

Ready to check cupcakes with a toothpick or matchstick (cooked or not).
