Tasty, and most importantly quite a diet dish!!! When you're on a diet, sugar you want!?!? This cake is good because there is not a drop of flour, which is very high in calories!!! Well, if you like baking, but I think calorie, oatmeal cake is a wonderful option. Oatmeal is very useful and if it correctly to prepare, very tasty!!!

Cooking
Grind 1 Cup of cereal.
Whole flakes pour boiling water, infuse until cool. Fill with yogurt. Stir.
