Description
Carp is one of my favorite fish, cooked on the coals with a smoke - incredible tender meat with seasonings from Forester, the incredible flavor and filling carp tomatoes with onion and garlic - all this makes the fish very tasty!

Cooking
Carp to gut, remove the gills, wash;
Waking with spices on all sides and inside;
Tomato, garlic cut into slices, stuff the carp with vegetables, onion, Laurel invest in the Gill hole to put stuffing;
Put carp on a foil, which is to form a "boat dish", sprinkle the fish with oil;
Cooking directly on the prepared moderately hot coals or on the grill until done, periodically blowing a fan;
