Carp over charcoal with tomatoes
Carp is one of my favorite fish, cooked on the coals with a smoke - incredible tender meat with seasonings from Forester, the incredible flavor and filling carp tomatoes with onion and garlic - all this makes the fish very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Carp

    1 piece

  • Spices

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Cooking

Carp to gut, remove the gills, wash;

Waking with spices on all sides and inside;
