Cooking
To start preparing the sauce, the type of Tzatziki: cucumber with the peel, RUB on a grater, a little salt, allow to soak 5 minutes. Next, squeeze a cucumber that would be gone excess moisture. To the cucumber pulp, add natural yogurt, garlic and herbs. All mix, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the sauce in the fridge that would be a bit steep.
For the meat balls, cook the stuffing: mince two kinds of meat, onions and garlic.
Add in the breadcrumbs, chopped mint, grated cheese, chopped into cubes red pepper. Add salt and spices. Mix everything with your hands. Ready stuffing put into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
I did balloons, strung them on wooden skewers. Wooden skewers pre-soaked in water for 30 minutes. Put the skewers with meat balls on the grill pan Forester, pre-lubricated it with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Set the pan over coals on the grill.
Fry the meat balls until cooked and it will turn brown, turning several times during cooking. Remove from the pan skewers with meat balls, using a wooden spatula.
Ready balls served on skewers with grilled vegetables and prepared sauce.
