Delicious dinner we had tonight. Tender and flavorful mysterious juicy burgers and crispy vegetables. Quickly, are not serious and just wonderful!

Cooking
Mix the minced meat with chopped onions, grated on medium grater cheese and oatmeal. I have a big mess of fast calorific cereal brand "Extra". Add the tomato paste, spices and soy sauce "Kikkoman" is a classic. Somehow I have a label in focus is not horrible but it is! It is possible it needs more salt, but us and it was delicious.
Minced knead well and beat. It is tacky and easier to beat than knead.
Wet hands formed into patties, breaded them in to the rice flour. You can in wheat, and crackers, but I personally love rice breading –it rests evenly in a thin layer, good grasp of the product and do not burn when frying.
Fry patties in small amount of oil until cooked on medium heat and keep warm until serving.
Wash the vegetables need to peel and slice all cubes about the same size. Mini corn slice lengthwise into quarters.
Heat in a wok the oil and quickly fry the onion, carrot, pepper and celery, stirring often.
Add zucchini and corn, sauté a little and pour the sauce from the wok "Kikkoman". Cook, stirring, another minute or two.
Serve patties with vegetables and serve immediately.
