Perlotto with green peas and mushrooms
Hearty, delicious vegetable dish. The nutty flavour of the barley is combined with fresh, crisp peas. A little bit of garlic and seasoning seasoning and taste.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    250 g

  • Pearl barley

    250 g

  • Water

    1300 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 share

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Boil pre-soaked pearl barley, add the Bay leaf and salt. When barley is cooked, add frozen green peas, seasoning that you like (I have universal). Cover with a lid and stew for 5 minutes. Then add chopped garlic mixed with 2 tbsp vegetable oil "Oleina". Cover with a lid, saute a couple of minutes.

Dissolve the flour in a small quantity of water, add to barley with peas. Mix well.

Parsley finely chop, add to perlotto. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid, remove from heat.

Mushrooms wash, peel, cut into thin slices. Fry in vegetable oil "Oleyna" along with finely chopped bell peppers.

Perlotto to lay out on a serving dish, put the mushrooms and bell pepper. Fast post nice!
