Buckwheat with mushrooms and Bolognese sauce
Here's a recipe I got on the basis of buckwheat with mushrooms. Preparing is easy, and the result will please. By the way instead of broth in a sauce using red wine, but since I have this dish ate the child, instead of wine I added vegetable broth.

  • Mushrooms

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Buckwheat boil until tender in water as directed on the package. Mushrooms cut into thin slices and fry a few minutes in sunflower oil. Add chopped onion and cook until the onion has softened.
