Buckwheat - healthy and many favorite cereal. Apply it - I suggest with eggplant and mushrooms in a cream sauce. It is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens
