To start in one glass of warm milk dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and 0.5 tsp salt.
Add 1 pack of yeast TM "SAF-TIME" (11g), and gently stir. Leave them to rest for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, melt 80 g margarine. Now you need to let it cool down to lukewarm. At this stage it is possible to turn on the oven to heat to 180 degrees.
Was crushed pomegranate seeds in a blender. You need about a quarter from the whole pomegranate.
Strained of the juice is about 50 ml.
While it is still warm the margarine, add the pomegranate juice and 2 beaten egg whisk eggs.
Meanwhile, the yeast TM "SAF-TIME" did a good job.
Gently introduce the yeast mixture to the egg-margarine weight.
Gradually add the flour about 5-6 cups. Look at the consistency of the dough.
That's what make dough, it is soft and elastic. Give it a rest for about 15-20 minutes.
Roll the dough to approximately a thickness of about 1 cm and cut cuppy cake molds.
A baking sheet sprinkled with flour and spread on it beauties, which must be lubricated with beaten egg.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees until Golden brown. The first batch was made without ornaments.
