Croquettes of mashed potatoes with added cheese, baked in the oven, turn out incredibly tender.

Cooking
Mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 whipped to soft peaks protein mix. If you do not like the grains of curd, it can be pre-crushed with a blender.
Bread and greens grind in a blender into fine crumbs.
To the yolk add 1-2 tbsp of water and stir.
Hand molded out of mashed potatoes ball, dip it into the yolk and roll in bread crumbs. Put in a baking dish. It turns out 11 fairly large balls.
In a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes, until light Browning.
