Since childhood, I love bananas, and yesterday went to the store for bread and I saw on the shelf overripe bananas, fragrant and sweet. Cooking
To take main ingredients. Bananas knead into a puree consistency. Add eggs, mix well. Add sugar, add vanilla, baking powder. Beat. Finally add the flour and whisk.
A baking pan with a little butter. or lay a parchment paper. The dough, again mix well and pour into mold.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. The sponge is ready. Bon appetit!
