Colored Penne pasta with mushroom sauce
A very simple recipe of pasta "Penne with mushroom sauce" that uses any vegetables from your fridge.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Heat the olive and butter and fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes. Garlic to remove garlic oil to keep.

Put in garlic oil, coarsely chopped onions.

Add the sliced wafers mushrooms and fry.

Then add chopped sweet pepper.

Pour soy sauce, cream, pepper and salt. Simmer, without closing the lid, for 15 minutes until cooked mushrooms.

Boil Penne pasta in salted water until "al dente", which means "to the tooth". Drain pasta in a colander. Mix macaroni with mushroom sauce, bring to low heat until tender, ~2 minutes.

Put the finished pasta with mushroom sauce on a hot dish, sprinkle with parsley, grated cheese and serve. Bon appetit!
