Biscuit with rhubarb and cranberries
Fragrant biscuit with rhubarb, cranberries and honey.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Oat flakes

    60 g

  • Corn starch

    60 g

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Rhubarb

    300 g

  • Cranberries

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 g

Cooking

In a bowl put the dry ingredients (oat bran cereal, flour, starch, and salt). Mix well.

Add cold butter cut in pieces.

Grind until receipt of crumbs.

Add ice water and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

The stems of rhubarb washed, cut into cubes.

For the filling, in a bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, cranberries, honey, sugar and vanilla. Mix well.

Remove the dough from the fridge, roll it out into a thin layer, in the middle put the stuffing. The edges of the biscuits to bend to the center so that it folds.

Bake the biscuits in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 45 minutes. Bon appetit!
