Buckwheat with beef
This dish would be ideal for a dinner after work, since it is cooked quickly and simply. This is a real stick wand. These ingredients are often present at home and not need to run to the shops. Help yourself, it is very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    4 pack

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

The meat will marinate. To do this in a container with a lid put the sliced thin strips of meat. Salt, pepper and add spices to the meat, stir. Add lemon juice and sunflower oil, stir, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Then take out the meat from the refrigerator, preheat the pan with oil and on high heat fry the meat until small clarification.

Cut small pieces of peeled Apple and tomato. Onions finely chop.

Add the chopped tomato, onion and Apple to the meat, fry for 5 minutes. Put the tomato paste, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 25 minutes.
