Paella with carp fillet and corn
Paella is a dish of Spanish cuisine. Recipes for this dish on the website quite a lot, I want to offer You my version, which I use carp fillet. The dish is very hearty and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Saffron

    0.2 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

Carp fillet cut into cubes and fry for 2-3 minutes in olive oil.

Remove the fish from the pan. I used the rice from TM "Mistral".

In olive oil fry the chopped onions for about 2 minutes.

Add the pumpkin.

Add fish fillets and stir.

After 2-3 minutes, add uncooked rice.

Add salt to taste, saffron and pour meat broth. Cover with a lid and simmer on a slow fire.

Add canned corn.

Periodically stir and simmer 15-20 minutes. It is served hot with herbs to taste. Bon appetit!
