Cabbage schnitzel with onion bacon
The dish is familiar to almost everyone since childhood. A dish that can be prepared all year round that's this vegetable - cabbage. A dish that never gets old, change the sauces and some supplements as I do in this case, and has a completely different taste. BUT! This is a dish that will always be ready in 15-20 minutes. Ingredients

  • Cabbage

Cooking

A third of a head of cabbage cut into segments.

Boil cabbage in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. To get the cabbage to cool, then carefully cut off part of the stalk.
