Mushroom goulash with chickpeas
Very unusual goulash, but fans of chickpeas and the people who hold the post - will appreciate it! Only 330 calories per serving! Delicious and interesting dish. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    180 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • A mixture of spices

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Greens

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chickpeas soak overnight in water. Then boil it until tender.

Finely chop the onion. Mushrooms cut into slices.

Tomatoes and peppers put in a blender

And make a puree.

On a heated pan, pour vegetable with olive oil TM "generous gift".

The oil then sauté onions until Golden brown.

To the onions add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.

To the onions and mushrooms pour the pureed pepper and tomatoes and water. Give out 5 minute.

Then add the chopped garlic, salt and spices. ( I had a mixture of spices spicy)

Ready peas and mushrooms to put in a heatproof bowl, mix well and send in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

On a dry pan to bake the flour until light beige color, and fill it our goulash. Leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Ready stew sprinkle with herbs and serve.
