Pie with barley and mushrooms
Made here a cake for the Christmas table - simple and delicious. We often find the classic combination of mushrooms and buckwheat as a filling, I use pearl barley. It turns out thin dough and lots of toppings. Try!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    200 g

  • Pearl barley

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Prepare the products.

Measure out the right amount of pearl barley. Wash it. Add water and cook according to instructions. Salt. Cool.

Measure out desired amount of oatmeal. Grind them into flour using the grinder.

In a Cup place the sour cream, mayonnaise, egg, salt, soda. Add oatmeal and wheat flour. Knead the dough. Put in a plastic bag and sent for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.

Chop the onion and mushrooms.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil, spread the onions and mushrooms. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add boiled barley, salt and cream. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Let cool a bit.

Take out the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out on work surface, leaving a small piece for the top of the pie. Using a rolling pin, transfer to baking pan, forming boards. Spread the filling.

The remaining piece of dough roll out and cover the filling. Suscipiam the edges of the cake. Put in preheated oven. Bake 30-40 minutes at 160-180 degrees.

Remove from oven, let cool a bit. Cut and serve pie.
