Cooking
Prepare the ingredients for the dough
Mix warm milk with yeast, salt and sugar-mix well. Then add eggs, butter (melted)-mix well
Then gradually add flour and mix until smooth with a spoon. someone may seem the dough is liquid, you can add a little more flour as the dough should be the consistency of a thick sour cream
Cover with a package and put in the fridge for 40 minutes, it should rise. (photo of the dough before you put it in the refrigerator)
While the dough is resting, prepare the stuffing:I have a simple option-minced salt to taste, pepper to taste and I add lots of onion, I like it better. Since I'm always worried that the mince cooked through (though it is not) I spread in the pan and fry in small amount of oil until semi cooked, and give to cool while the dough rises.
Prepare the work surface:as the dough feels sticky (but more flour will result in a hardness test) on the table to pour a sufficient quantity of flour, and the dough our to literally tear into small pieces
Take a piece and hands (namely the hands, the dough should remain lush) forming a pellet
Next, heat the pan with plenty of vegetable oil and fry our meat patties until Golden brown on medium heat, after remove on a tissue removing excess oil. EVERYTHING!!! BON APPETIT!!
