Pork kebabs
Kebab is translated from Persian as "grilled meat". It is not intricate to prepare, but still turns out very tender, flavorful and simply delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In boiling water throw bags of rice and boil 30 minutes.

Meat cut into pieces of approximately 2 cm.

Onion peeled and cut into 6 pieces. Mushrooms wash and wipe.

Pork, onions and mushrooms folded into a bowl and drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Mix well. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, thyme leaves and pepper. Stir again and leave for 5 minutes.

To thread the kebabs on wooden skewers alternating the meat-onion-meat-mushrooms. Fry in a well heated griddle pan for 8 minutes, i.e. 2 minutes on each side.

When the kebabs are ready sprinkle them with lemon juice and lightly brush with honey and cook for another 30 seconds, turning occasionally. Serve kebabs with rice and watering their sweet chili sauce.
