Oatmeal cookies with
This cookie is one of those "in a hurry". Prepared quickly from the simplest of ingredients. Especially should appeal to fans of the sorrel.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

Prepare the products.

My sorrel and spread on a towel to cool. Cut.

Measure out the desired amount of cereal. Grind them into flour (I used a coffee grinder).

Working in a Cup pour the sifted flour, the flour of oatmeal, the baking powder, a pinch of salt, vanilla, half of the prepared sugar. Add the margarine. Make the dough-crumbs.

On the baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread half of the dough-crumbs, a little press with your palm. On top of it lay the sliced sorrel. Sprinkle the remaining sugar. Spread on top the dough-crumbs.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 150-170 degrees. Cut into pieces, place on another baking tray and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes.

Serves our cookies. ( My family especially like it with cold milk).
