Cooking
Chicken butchering. We need legs and the flesh. Cut into small pieces.
Cut onion finely. Lightly fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop the garlic quite a bit and Sauté with onions.
In the same frying pan put the chicken.
Immediately add water, vinegar, soy sauce, Bay leaf and paprika. The sauce should cover the chicken almost completely.
Bring to the boil and with the lid closed on a small fire, boil the chicken until cooked in the sauce for 20-25 minutes. Periodically, turn over the pieces.
When the chicken is ready take it out of the sauce. And in another pan fry until Golden brown. The sauce in another pan not turn off. Remove the lid and give a little be. Next return already roasted the chicken again in the pan with the sauce. Add starch for thickening. After 5 minutes, our dish is ready.
