Rice with vegetables
I like to experiment with different combinations of products. That's why I made a dish called "Tomato Story" (rice with vegetables in tomato-mushroom sauce).

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetables

    600 g

  • Vegetable oil

1. Rice cook for 15 minutes in boiling, lightly salted, water.

2. Garlic and onions finely chop.

3. Fry in oil in a skillet until Golden brown, then add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes until soft.

4. Next add the chopped tomatoes (I had frozen, and I waited for it to thaw). And 1 tablespoon of Krasnodar sauce.

5. Simmer it all for 10 minutes with the lid open, later add salt, pepper to taste and 1/2 table spoon of flour, wait about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

6. Vegetables to simmer covered, for 15 minutes (add a little vegetable oil). Season with a little salt.

Bring to the table can be different. I made a ball of rice around put the vegetables and decorated it with the sauce. Bon appetit!
