Lemon cupcake with cream cheese
Delicious and flavorful cupcakes. Quickly baked, decorated according to the mood!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    135 g

  • Brown sugar

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    30 ml

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

Cooking

When baking muffins using brown sugar from the Mistral

In one bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, water, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice and egg

Add cream cheese mixture to flour mixture and stir until smooth

Put the dough in the paper mold. I have cookie cutters of different diameters.

Bake cupcakes in the oven when temperature 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, small cupcakes, about 10 minutes. They should remain pale.

For the cream whip the mascarpone with condensed milk.
