Hearty and very tasty dish will delight your home. Quince gives his flavor to the meat, and the taste of the potatoes, making the dish is very exquisite, despite the banality of its preparation. Cooking
Soak the chickpeas for at least 5 hours. I usually do it at night. Boil. The water is not salt, otherwise the beans will boil for a long time.
Meat cut into portion pieces and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Carrots three on a coarse grater, cut onion into quarters and put the meat, fry together for another 5 minutes.
Quince, cleaned and cut into not very small cubes. Add to the meat.
On top pour the chickpeas. Level.
Potatoes cut into cubes and spread on top of beans. Season with salt and pepper and paprika.
Add salted water to cover meat, bring to the boil and cover it. Stew until the meat is cooked. Potatoes thus steamed, not stewed. Put crushed garlic and herbs, and, at least, 15 minutes insist.
