Pellet ruddy
Offer a recipe of tortillas with sour cream. My kids love these fried tortillas. And adults too can enjoy them with a sweet Cup of tea.


  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    150 g


Knead a dough with the warm milk, yeast and sugar, add salt, sugar and egg.. Mix well. Gradually add flour and pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Knead the dough and remove to heat for 40 min-1 hour.
When the dough is ripe, laid out on the table and split it into 10-12 pieces.
Each part roll into a ball and flatten with your hands to form the shape of lepeshechki.
Pour into the pan of vegetable oil and put 2-3 things. Fry quickly, just 1-2 minutes on each side. Put the finished tortillas onto paper towels to remove excess fat. And shifting the already selected dish, smear generously on each tortilla sour cream. And now you can call the household to drink tea with hot lepeshechki. Bon appetit!
