Homemade bread from whole wheat flour+bran Siberian made in a slow cooker on the "Bread". Bread kneaded in water with soy sauce KIKKOMAN sweet. Fast, easy and of course delicious! Homemade bread is always tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Bran

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    0.25 Tbsp

Cooking

Combine water with soy sauce.

Add sugar, salt, yeast. stir.

Add flour, bran and sunflower oil. Knead the dough with your hands. I greased with sunflower oil. I made this cake.
