Plum cake-the Changeling
Very tasty pie. Made it for the first time and was delighted.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    12 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    0.33 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

In the bowl where we all beat add 2 eggs, stir them until frothy. The recipe calls for 1.5 cups of sugar, 1 Cup first, pour in the eggs and whisk 4-5 minutes until a lush white mass.

Add vanilla, milk, butter (the recipe specified 150g but the test is added approximately 70 g melted ), baking powder, flour sifted. Mix everything together until smooth.

Plum with a knife cut in half and clean them from seed.

Cook the syrup. In a saucepan, throw the remaining piece of butter and when it starts to hold added 0,5 Cup of sugar.

Stirring, cook the syrup, it needs to be brown.

You need to prepare the mold for baking, I made it with parchment paper. The syrup is poured into the mold.

In the form of a lay of plums, cut down. Plum immediately stick to the caramel.

Take the dough and pour it on the plums. Level exactly in the mould. Preheat the oven to 180* and put back the pie for 40 minutes. When the cake comes out of the oven, you need a regular knife to separate egog on the sides of the form, give it to cool slightly and turn onto a plate.
