Turkey breast stuffed with pine nuts, cheese and leeks
Roasted Turkey breast will be appreciated by Your guests. Turkey is a meat diet, and the glazed crust and tender filling will delight not only the eye but also the stomach.

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    1 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Crumb bread

    3 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 200*C. Melt butter and sauté onions for 2 min.

Remove from heat, add bread crumbs, cheese, nuts, egg, dill, pepper and salt. Stir and add the juice and zest of lemon.

Stuff breast and place in ovenproof form, greased.

Breast, salt and pepper well. Bake 45 min. For 20 minutes before the end mix the mustard and honey and smear the breast.
