1. Brine the Turkey overnight. Marinade: beer, mustard, spices to taste, salt.

2. Dry the Turkey with paper towels and fry on strong fire from all sides. Put together with butter in a deep bowl. Add the potatoes, garlic, Bay leaf, pepper peas and carrots.

3. Pour into a saucepan a glass of wine, a Cup of soy sauce, add the pureed tomatoes. Add water so the liquid covers the ingredients. Bring to boil and reduce the heat. Leave to simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
