Description

Israeli pearl
Quick to prepare side dish, perfect for any roasted meat or fish. Israeli couscous is a small pasta (macaroni product), pre-roasted in the oven. This "couscous" was invented in Israel in the 50-ies, when there was a shortage of rice. And it is difficult to find in stores, but then... You already know that you can use.
