Cooking
The egg and sugar beat well with a mixer, add milk, butter, pudding and sour cream, bring to homogeneity. Then add the flour and baking powder dough. (You may wish to add dyes) Again to bring the dough until smooth. And in the oven to 180 degrees 40 minutes (minutes +- depending on your stove)
While the dough is preparing, make the cream. Protein and sugar beat with a mixer until thick.
Add sour cream and again whisk until persistent peaks. (I made it more watery, but I advise you to make thicker)
The sponge is ready. I divided into 2 parts. Can be on 3-4.
Now put the cake together and decorate. Between the cakes it took me 2/3 of the cream, the other for lubrication. Voila and you're done. I hope you will like it. Bon appetit!!!
