Description
This recipe I found in the book of Greek Cooking, I want to note that I have long thought about it, but never found the occasion to cook. Today my son asked for crackers, but they ran out, so I remembered that I have a cracker recipe, took out a book and prepared. I've been putting off this recipe aside. The crackers turned out amazingly delicious, salty and beautiful!!! The ingredients in the recipe for one serving... but a serving is a little.... Our son shared with us: gave me 2 cookies, 2 - dad and ate the rest myself.... Tomorrow I will again cook as it is very easy they are made...

Cooking
To combine the flour, sesame seeds and salt, mix well.
To the flour add the butter (better butter was at room temperature), but if you suddenly decided to make the crackers (as I do) then just grate the butter on a grater.
Mix all with your hands, get one of these babies.
Gradually add 1 tablespoon of water until you get a soft dough (I used. 5 tbsp of water).
Roll the dough to 2 mm and cut out crackers of different shapes.
Lubricate the beaten egg whites and sprinkle sesame seeds. In the oven 190*C for 20 minutes.
