Description

Veal in lemon-grape sauce
Tender meat with fruit loop and heady notes.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Grapes

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Beer

    200 ml

  • Turmeric

  • Basil

  • Coriander

  • Nutmeg

  • Thyme

  • Paprika sweet

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Chilled meat cut across the grain.

Sprinkle with spices and gently repel. Overturn. Repeat the operation.

Fry in a pan with two sides portions (I got two passes). With one of the portions fry the onion rings.

Put all the meat in the pan. Pour beer to cover and simmer on low heat.

If the meat was tough enough to simmer you can for an hour, adding beer. If tender, then just wait until the volume of beer will be reduced by half and add the grapes, slightly crushing them in their palms.

Simmer for ten minutes. Then add chopped parsley, lemon juice and salt. Stir. 30 seconds and turn off.
