Cooking
Pour into a bowl the flour, powdered sugar, vanilla, mix well. Add the chopped chilled butter.
Grind into crumbs. Beat egg until foamy, pour into crumbs and mix well.
Divide the dough into two parts. In one part add cocoa powder and knead well. Put a Cup of dough in the fridge for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the dough from each part to roll up the cords. Lay them on a floured table, alternately, close to each other - the flagellum dark, light, dark, light, etc. Roll out the layer.
To collapse a layer in a roll and fold it in half.
Again roll the dough and cut out small Cup or glass slices (you can cut figural shapes). Put cookies onto greased baking sheet (or covered with baking paper). Put in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Finished cookies can be stored for a very long time, and the longer kept, the taste even better!
