Despite the fact that the pancakes on the water - very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, drive eggs

Beat eggs to a froth. Pour water, mix well.

Add salt, sugar and slaked vinegar soda. Mix well.

Gradually adding the flour, whisk the dough with a mixer or whisk.

Consistency should be as liquid-liquid sour cream.

Preheat the frying pan. Grease with vegetable oil.

Pour into the pan the dough (about 2\3 of the ladle), to distribute on a pan in a thin pancake. Fry on medium heat until Golden brown 1-2 minutes.

Then turn the pancake and bake the same on the other side.

Put the pancakes pile on plate, lubricating each pancake with butter.

The pancakes are ready. Serve warm, with sour cream or jam. Bon appetit!!!
